How to order?
Email me first for the order form at: projectbikbok@gmail.com
Then go to taobao's website: www.taobao.com
Save the links of the items you want, and key it into the order form.
Send the order form back to me and an invoice will be given to you.
I will attach my POSB SAVINGS account number for you to transfer the money to me. The good thing is also that no paypal fee would be charged!
After you have transferred the money, your items will be ordered!
Why choose project bikbok?
For many other blogshops or websites, they take at least 3-5 weeks to process your order. At project bikbok, we are able to process and order your items within a few days so that you will be able to receive your items in the span of a maximum two weeks!
How much must i order?
Well, there is no minimum order, but please note that it would be better for you if you ordered with a group of friends instead of just ordering one or two items and yet still having to pay the same fixed price. If you order with a group of friends, you may split the cost of the shipping fees, and hence allowing you to spend more money on the items instead of the shipping fee! This is also known as the private order scheme As of right now, the private order scheme will be the only option available. Soon to come, we will be opening a spree for everyone and anyone to join.
How much are the shipping fees?
Here at project bikbok, the estimated shipping fee will be at SGD$12 per kg, unlike some other shops that may require you to pay even higher shipping costs. If you order in a big order, we will be able to lower your shipping costs.
How much are the fees for the items?
There will be a fixed exchange rate for the RMB. So it will be (item+kuaidi) divided by 4. This helps it to be easier for everyone for a smoother transaction. You would need to pay 10% of the total amount of (items+kuaidi) for the agent's fees and services. And when your items reach the agents house, we will let you know the total weight of your parcels and subsequently let you know the amount that has to be paid for shipping.
Are you reliable?
Yes we are reliable, and as there are alot of scams recently, i would be more than happy to let you know my home address should it be required. Trust is very important to us here at project bikbok.
How do we collect our items?
There are two ways of collecting your items. There is postage, and there is also a meetup. If you order in very big items, the postage charge from singpost to your house will be very expensive, so a meetup will be available. If you cannot find the time for the fixed meetup sessions, we will be able to send the items via singpost to your house. In that event, a registered postage will be recommended as you wouldn't want to lose your parcels!
What happens if the item i want runs out of stock?
We will inform you if any item you have ordered runs out of stock. You can choose to either cancel the item or change the item to something else.
MEMBERSHIP
If you order above SG$300 in a single receipt, you will be entitled to a 5% discount everytime you order with project bikbok! Please do keep your invoice number so that we can register you into the system.
